Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort, Cocoa Beach

Our stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, perfect for our family’s needs, especially with kids running around. However, the thin walls meant we could hear quite a bit of noise, especially from the pool area. The amenities were plentiful and kept everyone entertained, but I thought they could do a bit more to enhance our experience. Still, with all the fun activities, it was a great family vacation!

I recently stayed at this resort and while there were some shining moments, there were definitely areas that could be improved. The renovated rooms were attractive and spacious, but I was disappointed by the noise levels and lack of cleanliness in common areas. On the plus side, the heated pools made it a fun experience, especially for the kids. However, the service did not meet my expectations, and the parking situation was frustrating at times.

I had an average stay at this resort. While the lazy river and splash pad were fantastic for my kids, the parking situation was incredibly stressful, and I wish there had been more amenities like a washer/dryer in the units. The location was decent and close to the beach, but the overall experience felt more geared toward families with young kids. Overall, it wasn't the relaxing vacation I was hoping for.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the beach service was impeccable and the complimentary beach gear made our stay so much easier, especially with my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the check-in process was disorganized and we faced major delays, which significantly affected our overall enjoyment. The lack of housekeeping during our stay was also frustrating.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially during our beach outing. However, we did experience a long check-in process, which was a bit frustrating, but overall, it was a great trip.
